At 4 pm on September 20th, 2012, the staff of the Yancheng City, District and Township Arbitration Committee, and the company visited the Labor and Personnel Dispute Prevention and Mediation Center to carry out relevant work. In 2010, our company established an enterprise-level labor personnel dispute prevention and mediation center. The center is located in a comprehensive office. The related personnel and hardware facilities are well equipped. They have received unanimous praise from the government leaders. Since the establishment of the center, dozens of internal mediations have been organized for the company. Labor dispute events have made important contributions to the stable production of enterprises. After inspecting the center, relevant personnel of the arbitration committee visited the company's conference hall to hold a summing-up and evaluation meeting for the “everyone’s home” activity. The atmosphere of the venue was harmonious, and the related work of our company was highly praised by the government leaders. Under the care of the government, our company will take this task as a top priority and make due contributions to Harmony Hengli Industrial Park.
